Description
This 1970 Chevrolet C10 pickup was acquired by the seller in 2023 as a stalled project and subsequently modified by J Custom Fab in South Salt Lake, Utah. The truck was refinished in Orange Blast Pearl and Vanilla Milkshake and fitted with a 5.7-liter LS6 V8 paired with a 4L65E four-speed automatic transmission. Engine upgrades include hypereutectic pistons, a TSP Magic Stick 3 camshaft, forged H-beam connecting rods, and a FiTech Ultimate LS standalone ECU. Power is delivered to a 12-bolt rear end with 4.11:1 gears and chromoly axles, and the dual exhaust system features an H-pipe.
The chassis was upgraded with Classic Performance Products coilovers and front drop spindles, trac and sway bars, Moog tie rods, and four-wheel disc brakes. The truck rides on 20" US Mags C-Ten wheels with 245/45 front and 275/40 rear Nitto NT555 G2 tires, and it has power steering.
The cabin features two-tone brown TMI bucket seats, a center console, Vintage Air climate control, New Vintage USA instrumentation, a Kenwood touchscreen head unit, and Rockford Fosgate speakers. The woodgrain-rimmed steering wheel frames a 140-mph speedometer, an 8k-rpm tachometer, and auxiliary gauges. Sound-dampening material and brown carpeting complete the interior.
The five-digit odometer shows 86 miles, roughly 38 added under current ownership. The 4L65E transmission was rebuilt with a Corvette-spec valve body and a 2,500-2,900 stall torque converter.
